The company sells an enterprise software product providing asset tracking, data collection and integration solutions to process industries. This Mobile Workforce and Decision Support System brings the field operator into the automation loop by using a combination of workflow management software, mobile handheld computers and Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) equipment tags to deliver a better decision support system for managing plant assets.

The Challenge
