NLINK® SERVER & MODULES
NLINK® is a Rapid Application Integration (RAI) product suite that significantly reduces the time and expense of integrating plant floor systems to SAP by providing a standardized and repeatable integration process. Fast to implement and easy to change, NLINK requires no end-user coding to integrate complex ERP systems like SAP and Oracle Applications.
With NLINK, integration is completely configuration-based through an intuitive visual environment that requires no end-user programming. This allows functional business users to perform complex integration tasks and provides a scalable and maintainable integration solution as business processes and installed applications change over time. NLINK’s patented technology has been designed from the ground-up to provide real-time communications between disparate applications both within and across enterprises.
NLINK ARCHITECTURE
NLINK Server
The NLINK Server is a high-performance configuration-based integration engine. The NLINK Server is a true enterprise-class product providing all the essential elements of an integration server, (configurable formatting, mapping, transformation, and business logic), as well as advanced features such as reliability, scalability, flexibility and manageability.
NLINK Modules enhance the basic capability of the NLINK Server by providing optional functionality that more demanding deployments may require. By separating this advanced functionality from the core product, NLINK customers are provided with a cost-effective integration solution that can be upgraded at will as and when needed.
NLINK MODULES
NLINK Alert Module
The NLINK Alert Module provides e-mail or pager alerts and notifications from NLINK to business analysts and IT support staff using the Simple Mail Transport Protocol (SMTP). With the NLINK Alert Module, NLINK can proactively notify your staff of any error or potential error condition, keeping your systems running smoothly by keeping systems outages to an absolute minimum.
NLINK Dashboard Module
The NLINK Dashboard Module adds a configurable Dashboard Capability to any NLINK installation. Allow users to view Graphs, Charts and Grid Displays of Text & Numerical Data on their Mobile Devices, including Smart Phones and Tablets. Any device that supports an HTML5 compatible browser can be used to show graphical displays.
NLINK Portal Module
The NLINK Portal Module allows the Grid display of text and numerical data that users can edit. Users can view tabular data, edit it to make changes and then submit those changes back to SAP or other Plant Floor Systems. Mobilize, Simplify and Streamline Users interactions with SAP with the NLINK Portal Module.
NLINK Auto-Doc Module
The NLINK Auto-Doc Module automatically generates mapping diagrams that represent the configuration of an NLINK integration project. Since these drawings are created from the NLINK configuration itself, they are always accurate and complete. The drawings are interactive, allowing the user to control how much detail is shown and which aspects of the configuration are exposed or hidden.
NLINK Management Module
The NLINK Management Module (NMM) provides the out-of-the-box ability to monitor, manage and troubleshoot the NLINK Server. With the NLINK Management Module administrators can quickly observe the state of NLINK installations, monitor system event log messages and view or record detailed system statistics.
NLINK Configuration Module
The NLINK Configuration Module (NCM) is a simple graphical user interface used by business users to configure the NLINK Server. The NCM makes complex integration projects quick to implement and easy to change. No programming or networking skills are necessary and the configuration process becomes a logical, repeatable and self-documenting process through the NCM.
