Synchrono Manufacturing Planner is designed to create feasible production schedules, and real-time shop floor production priorities for manufacturing plants. Manufacturing Planner provides decision support in the areas of capacity and materials planning, production scheduling and execution, and capable-to-promise (CTP) delivery-date quoting. The continuous, closed-loop scheduling engine considers finite-capacity and materials constraints, and schedules backward and forward to generate feasible schedules for production and procurement. Unlike batch systems Synchrono is real-time, meaning you never have to shut it down and bring it up. It is always on.
