NLINK® CoNNectors® connect the NLINK Server to a particular external system, (i.e. NLINK CoNNector for SAP). NLINK CoNNectors are extremely simple to create and contain absolutely no formatting, mapping, transformation, data routing or business logic. NLINK CoNNectors are provided by Junot Systems, our Implementation Partners, Technology Partners or in some cases by our Customers.

Why don't you see lots more CoNNectors listed here? Does it mean that NLINK can't connect to other systems? No, only certain "heavyweight" ERP systems that use proprietary APIs (such as SAP) require CoNNectors. In the vast majority of cases NLINK connects to other systems using one or more of its pre-built technology eXtenders® since these systems are built upon Industry Standard data formats, communications methods and protocols. Excellent examples of this include connectivity to Oracle Applications (normally achieved via the SQL eXtender) and connectivity to PeopleSoft (via the XML eXtender).

Many of the CoNNectors listed above have been built as a result of Technology Partnerships between the application vendors and Junot Systems. These CoNNectors represent a set of cost-effective, pre-built and ready-to-deploy interfaces between the named application and SAP.
